Simple traditional burger patty recipe

Try this, easy and simple traditional burger patty recipe:

700g minced meat (beef/chicken)
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup chopped fresh continental parsley
Salt & ground black pepper, to taste

Method
Combine meat, onion, green pepper, garlic and bread crumbs. Mix well, then add eggs, parsley and continue to mix. Season with salt and pepper. Make patties to desired size. Fry, broil or barbecue. Serve on buns with French fries.

Place the beef mince, onion, garlic Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce parsley, breadcrumbs and egg in large bowl. Mix with your hands until evenly combined.
